Frank Dupuis (Chairman)

Frank Dupuis is the Managing Partner (CEO, CIO) and owner of DUPUIS GmbH & Co. Asset-Management KG, which he founded in 1998. He holds other directorships in numerous investment companies. Frank Dupuis has more than 20 years' experience in the real estate industry and has been independent since 1992. During this period he was responsible for transactions worth more than 1 billion Euros. He is a member of INREV (the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles), gif (Society of Property Researchers Germany) and he is on the council of the IREBS Foundation for African Real Estate Research.

Martin Lepper (Deputy Chairman)

Martin Lepper is Senior Consultant at the ECE Group. Previously, from 2000 to the end of November 2012, as Managing Director he built up ECE Office Traffic Industries GmbH & Co. KG, realising a range of major projects. These included BMW Welt, the headquarters of Thyssen Krupp and Philips, and Vienna West & Central Stations. Between 1994 and 2000, at Deutsche Bahn Martin was responsible for the development and supervision of all railway stations in Germany (6,500 staff, investment volume: 1.2 billion Euros p. a.). Martin is a specialist lawyer, concentrating on commercial and administrative law. He has more than 25 years' experience in real estate.

Christof Reichmuth

Christof Reichmuth is Chairman of the Board of Directors and partner with unlimited liability at Reichmuth & Co Privatbankiers in Lucerne. Reichmuth & Co is a Swiss private bank, under the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, specialising in integral asset management for private and institutional clients. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and has a degree in economics awarded by the University of St Gallen. He has more than 18 years' of professional experience in asset management.
